Q: What is virgin hair?

A:Hair that is completely unprocessed chemically and intact. Virgin hair must not have been permed,dyed,colored,bleached or in other words chemically processed in any way. 
Cuticles are healthy, aligned and in tact.

Q:How many ounces per bundle?
A:3.5+ ounces/100grams

Q:Why does your hair cost more than most companies I've seen?
A: We take great pride in knowing our hair is authentic human hair. It is not processed as such chinese manufactured hairs that is being passed off as "Brazlian" or "Peruvian" hair which is flooding our hair market. 
Our product has a better quality which will result in extended longevity of your Aj Collection Locks. 

Q:How many bundles do I need for a full head? (Retail)
A:We HIGHLY recommend 3 bundles. We have seen too many clients order 2 bundles and come back to order the 3rd bundle. ALWAYS remember the Rule of thumb [the longer the hair the more bundles you'll need]

Q:How long can I expect this hair to last if I take care of it?
A: We have no problem saying 1-2 years if not longer.

Q:Is your hair processed?
A:Our hair is NOT processed except for any Bleach Blond or colored hairs. All other hair patterns/colors are naturally grown. All of our hair is sourced from their respective countries.

Q: Why is your MOQ for (Minimum Order Quantity) 2 Kilos. (Wholesale Clients)
A: Here at AjCollectionLLC we have extensive inspections to ensure you are getting the best.
We understand that our MOQ could be a lot for some new customers. However, this rule is stated within our guidelines which is NON-negotiable. Firstly, "Aj Collection" is wholesaler company dealing with the bulk purchases. 
Our company is very confident in the quality of the hair products and services that we offer.

Q:Why is your processing time extended?
A: Here at AjCollection we create all orders as they are placed. In other words hairs are in ponytail form and when order is paid for we select hairs that best match your request and get them wefted (on a track).
We are working on having this process expedited to shorten the waiting time but this is currently the timeframe.

Q:What is your return policy on hair and other products you sell? And how does shipping work?
A:All virgin hair purchases are FINAL.

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS OUTSIDE OF HAIR:

All sales are final.

Shipping is defaulted to USPS.
